Cuff Syrup Deaths: Pilot increases toll as Supreme Court intervention, ban MP2 and drugs
PIL also investigated the compulsory quality for all cuff syrup, demanding the seizure of the existing stock.
The petition demanded the court intervention in the case and called upon the investigation to be monitored by the National Judicial Commission or an expert committee.
All the first information report (FIR) in this case has been asked to be transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
MP two more cough banns syrup
Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh government announced a ban on the sale of two more cough syrup after being found to be toxic.

The government found the presence of toxins in a discovered report.
The report found that the syrup were contaminated with the dyethylene glycol (DEG) chemicals present in excess of the normal range.
These two cough syrup are built in Gujarat, and the MP government allegedly demanded an inquiry into the matter to the Gujarat government.
Death toll increases
An 18 -month -old girl died on Monday, 6 October at Nagpur Hospital. The MP clashed with Chhindwara, the girl died of kidney failure after consuming cold cuff syrup.
In Madhya Pradesh, the consumption of death has increased to 15 due to the consumption of such cough syrup.
Due to no new death from Rajasthan, death in the state remains on toll 3.
The central government is investigating the matter, in which advice is being issued on the situation. Coldrif batch, found toxic for DEG chemicals, has been banned by the government. Officials are coordinating with the state governments to prevent the situation from deteriorating.
