IRCTC Hotel Scam: Delhi Court Frames
The court has framed charges under different sections. However, all the accused are accused of criminal conspiracy. Lalu Prasad has declared himself innocent and said that he will face trial.

The Rouse Avenue court on Monday (October 13) framed charges against former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav and others in the IRCTC hotel corruption case. This case pertains to alleged corruption in the tender of two IRCTC hotels in Ranchi and Puri.

The court had framed charges against the accused persons under various sections as per their alleged role. Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav have been charged under sections 420 and 120B of the IPC for the offenses of cheating and conspiracy. He said they would face trial.
