TVS to launch its first adventure-tourer bike Apache RTX 300 on October 15
TVS Motor Company is all set to launch its first adventure motorcycle, Apache RTX 300, in India on October 15. The bike was first unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

The Apache RTX 300 will be the first TVS model to feature the new 299cc RT-XD4 engine. This single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine produces 34.5 hp at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. It is likely to be paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch.

According to media reports, the design of the bike has been revealed through patent filing and sighting of the test mule. The Apache RTX 300 will have semi-faired looks with twin LED headlamps, LED turn indicators, a muscular fuel tank, LED tail lamps and a transparent windshield. The rear will feature a split-pillion grab rail connected to the luggage rack and upswept exhaust.

The bike is built on a trellis frame and will have a fully adjustable upside-down front fork and a monoshock at the rear. It is expected to come with 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, which will focus on long distance travel rather than off-road riding. Braking duties are likely to be handled by disc brakes.

The Apache RTX 300 is expected to be equipped with raised handlebar, two-piece stepped seat, luggage rack and upright windshield. It is also expected to be provided with modern features like TFT display, multiple ride modes and traction control.

In India, this bike is likely to compete with KTM 250 Adventure.
